We don't know whether we should describe this Egg as a mini science experiment or a mini crystal garden .... so you decide!

Once you've opened the egg you simply slot the cardboard dinosaur together and stand him in a bit of water.

By the next day the dinosaur should have a nice coating of fluffy looking crystals which will stay in place if left undisturbed (yeh, FAT CHANCE! Who's NOT gonna touch them???)

There are 6 different designs: Parasaurolophus, T-Rex, Spinosaurus, Triceratrops, Pteranodon, Velociraptor - we don't know which one you'll get - but they're ALL lovely!!

Important: because there are chemicals involved you need to be able to follow the safety instructions carefully so it is not suitable for children under 10

Younger children should just observe while an adult sets it up then places it in sight - but well out of reach of the child
