We aim to despatch your order by 1st Class Royal Mail or Courier Service (dependant on the size, weight and content of your order and shipping option chosen) within 3 working days (although most orders will be completed on the NEXT WORKING DAY) however, to avoid disappointment (especially at busy times) please allow up to 7 working days for despatch. If there is a delay in the despatch of your order we will contact you to advise.
Your parcel will normally be despatched by Royal Mail using 1st Class or Standard Courier Service. The cost per order will depend on the shipping option you select. Please note that the size, weight and content of your order will determine which delivery service we can use.
Large/Oversize parcels will be despatched by Courier Service.
Those of you who live in the more remote areas of the country will already know that your post can take longer to arrive and obviously, this will also apply to our parcels.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - we can ship to many countries but, because of the high cost of International shipping, orders are individually priced by size, weight and country of destination. We can accept ONLY Paypal payment for International orders (unless your payment card is issued by a UK bank) - please contact us for further details.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item to us within 30 days of the order in its original packaging and in an unused condition for a refund of the purchase price. Please note that the delivery charge (Post and Packaging) cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
When you return an entire order within 7 days of receipt you will be refunded the price of the item paid at the time of purchase, and the delivery charge. When you return less than the entire order you will be refunded just the price of the items returned.
Returns Authorisation is required. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone prior to despatch to obtain the returns procedure - do not return items to our Registered Office.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your returned items are in appropriate protective packaging.
When returning an item to us please obtain a proof of postage which is available free from the Post Office.
On our receipt of the item a refund will be made within 7 days to the payment card used in the original transaction and we will send you an e-mail confirmation that we have processed the refund.
In the unlikely event of an item being received faulty, incorrect or damaged we will refund or replace it (subject to availability) and also pay the return shipping costs.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have a statutory right:
- To cancel a contract for items for any reason at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the items
If you exercise the right, you will receive a full refund of the price paid in accordance with our refund policy. To cancel a Contract under your statutory rights, you must inform us in writing within the cancellation period of your intention to cancel by hand delivery, post or fax or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org When exercising the cancellation right, you must return the items to us immediately.
