Calling all Velociraptor fans!!!

Please show some love to its early relative, ... Utahraptor, the largest and most dangerous Raptor ever to have lived (probably)

It had all the features we love about about Velociraptor ... but bigger

It lived in the early cretaceous period so Utahraptor had come and gone from history L-O-N-G before Velociraptor ever made an appearance

It was huge in comparison, with the claws on its hind legs about 22cm long ... so THAT'S very bad news if you're a prey species like Iguanodon!

They haven't found feathers related to Utahraptor but it is highly likely that they DID have them just like the rest of the family

SO, what's not to love about Utahraptor? Well maybe it wasn't quite as speedy as its later relatives
