Want an easy fix for your dinosaur fans birthday cake.

voila, this 25cm diameter stencil will decorate a large plain cake into something special

Use coloured edible glitter or icing if you are brave to complete a grrrrrrrrreat dinosaur cake

Easy peasy!

Instructions;

with Royal icing

Place the stencil over a cake coated in sugar paste

Make medium consistency royal icing and spread it evenly over all of the stencil using a spatula. Lift the stencil gently holding one of the ends

with Icing Sugar

Place the stencil over the cake, dust the whole surface with a generous amount of icing sugar. Remove the stencil by lifting both ends at the same time

with Glittered Sugar

Cover the cake with a thin layer of apricot jam. Place the stencil over the cake and allow it to stick perfectly to the surface. Dust glittered sugar over the entire stencil and remove excess sugar with a brush. Lift the stencil gently from both sides. 

NOTE:  Hand wash before first use in warm water and leave to dry.  Keep away from sources of heat and store on a flat surface.
