Yes! We now have a FREE SUPERSAVER delivery option available for orders over £25
The FREE option will only appear at checkout once the total in your basket reaches £25
Choosing this option will mean your order will be despatched using 2nd Class Royal mail or similar courier service (depending on the size and weight of your order) and should take about 3-5 days for delivery.
You should not choose this option if you need your order quickly.
Our standard UK shipping uses 1st Class Royal Mail (or similar courier service) and is just £3.95 per order
Do you have a catalogue to send to me?
Along with many other retailers who are concerned for the environment, we no longer produce paper catalogues. All of our products are listed on our website which enables us to add new products and images immediately. This way you receive up to date stock information and all the current Special Offers too. We might be Dinosaurs but we all need to move with the times (think of it as evolving into birds!) and do what we can to care for this wonderful planet!
Do you have a shop I can visit or can I collect my order from your warehouse?
No, at present we do not have a shop or a showroom that you can visit. We are strictly mailorder and, unfortunately our warehouse does not have facilities for visitors.
If you would like specific information about a particular product, in most cases we can send additional images or supply additional information.
Can you ship to Europe, USA and other countries outside the UK?
Due to the high cost of international shipping we now can ONLY accept International orders from countries in the European Union (EU) and can accept ONLY Paypal payment for these orders.
International shipping is calculated by size and weight of the packaged item/s so International orders are calculated on an individual basis.
The cost of shipping by Airmail to Europe (approximately 5 working days for delivery): a parcel weighing up to 1kg (packaged) £9.00 and up to 2kg (packaged) £15.00
Very big or heavy packages have to be sent by courier and are priced accordingly.
The currency calculations are made using the Paypal currency converter (this does vary with fluctuations in the exchange rates, and we have no control over exchange rate)

Is it in stock?
You can be confident that if you are able to place the item in your basket it is in stock.
We work very hard to keep our stock levels accurate but very occasionally we get it wrong (mostly due to breakages or invoicing errors) and in those cases we would contact you to let you know.
Do I have to place my order through the website?
No. If you prefer to deal with real people just ring us on 01923 233247 during office hours with the details of the items you would like and we will do the rest (don't forget to have your credit card handy!)
I would like to order several items - how much will the postage cost?
Regardless of the number of items in your order we charge only £3.95 for standard UK postage and packaging. Most orders are despatched by 1st Class Royal Mail on the next WORKING day - the exceptions are larger items which exceed the permitted dimensions and are sent by courier service.
If your order is more than £25 you will be able to select FREE SHIPPING. Orders are despatched using Courier Service or 2nd Class Royal Mail and will take 3-5 days for delivery. Please do not choose this option if you need your order in a hurry.
If you need your order urgently, for most UK regions if you order before the cut-off time, you can select UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY £10.00 and your package will be delivered on the following working day (this does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays)
What do I do if I have ordered the wrong size?
Let us know as soon as possible - by e-mail to email@example.com or telephone 01923 233247 where there is a 24 hour answering machine (for those out-of-hours hiccups) We will do our best to amend the order before despatch.
If you discover the item doesn't fit when it arrives (children can grow amazingly quickly!) contact us for returns information so we can exchange it for the appropriate size (subject to item being unworn and size being available, of course).
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You should receive an automatic confirmation at the e-mail address you entered shortly after placing your order.
If you have created an account you can log in and check the status of your order.
If you do not receive an e-mail or are still unsure, contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to check this very easily.
Can I pay by Paypal?
Yes! You can choose to pay by Paypal during checkout.
I would like to give you special delivery instructions
We will always do our best to fulfil your specific instructions. Just enter any special requests in the 'instructions' section during checkout and (usually) that we will be able to make the necessary arrangements.
Where is my order?
Most Standard UK orders are despatched by 1st Class Royal Mail and should be delivered within 2 working days of despatch. Heavier packages are usually despatched by courier service and delivery should be within 3 days of despatch. However, these are NOT guarenteed services and it may take longer particularly at busy times year, in severe/extreme weather conditions or if you live in a remote area or on an off shore island.
If you feel your parcel is overdue and it has not been left with one your neighbours, it is worth checking with your local delivery office as we find most 'missing packages' have simply been taken back to the delivery office as undelivered but they forgot to leave a note to let you know.

I forgot to place my order and it's now VERY close to my dinosaur fan's birthday - can you help?
You can always let us know on your order if the deadline is close and we'll do our best to 'fast track' your order. Alternatively, if you telephone us we can 'fast track' and tell you when your parcel will be despatched.
If things are VERY urgent, in most cases, we can arrange 'special next day delivery' for you (there is an extra charge for this service) OR we can even send a Dinosaur Gift Certificate by e-mail directly to your Dinosaur Fan.

How DO you make a Green Dinosaur Cocktail?
(Oh .... alright! Nobody HAS asked us this question! .... but WHY NOT???)
Well ... as you've asked! Take 1/2 shot of Gin, 1/2 shot Vodka, 1/2 shot Midori (a green melon liqueur) stir over ice .... then strain into a shot glass!
