How to Order

It couldn’t be easier, browse our shop and click on any items you wish to buy, this will put them in your shopping basket.  When you have finished shopping click on place order and you will be asked a few details that are required to complete your order. This is a secure shopping site, but if you prefer to deal with real people, please call us on 01923 233247.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro card payments (for Paypal invoicing, cheques and postal orders please contact us).  

We regret that we cannot accept credit/debit card payments from cards issued outside the UK and orders can be despatched to the card holders billing address only. 

Please note that all weights and measurements are approximate and for guidance only.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 28 days in its original packing and in an unused condition (please note p&p cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty). Prior to despatch please telephone or E-mail us to obtain the returns procedure - do not return goods to our registered office. On our receipt of the item, the purchase price will be refunded to your account. When returning item please obtain proof of postage which is available free from the Post Office.  

In the unlikely event that any of your purchases are received damaged or faulty, we will refund or replace the item.

Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery™ is available for urgent orders placed up to 11am - the cost of this service is £12 per order .... and please remember that someone must be available to sign for the delivery. 

Some postcodes are not covered by this service and some of our larger items exceed the permitted dimensions.

We aim to despatch your order by First class Royal Mail or standard parcel delivery (dependent on size, weight and content of your order) within 3 working days (although most orders will be completed on the NEXT WORKING DAY), however, to avoid disappointment (especially at busy times) please allow up to 7 working days for despatch.  If there is a delay in the despatch of your order we will contact you to advise.

Your parcel will be normally be despatched by  Royal Mail using First Class or Standard Parcel Service.  The cost per order is £3.95. Please note that the size, weight and content of your order will determine which delivery service we can use. Large/Oversize parcels may be despatched by Courier service.  If an item incurs an additional postage charge this will be indicated in the item description.

Due to recent increases in postal charges  we are now despatching parcels with a total weight over 2kg (inc. packing material) by parcel post - this helps to keep our delivery charge at only £3.95 per order.

Those of you who live in some of the more remote areas of the country will already know that your post can take longer to arrive and obviously, this will also apply to our parcels. There are also, regretfully, some items which we will not be able to send to these areas due to their weight and/or bulk (these will be indicated in the item's description) .  We have listed some of the postcodes below, but the list is not exhaustive (and you probably already know if this applies to you or not).
